Social Marketing Company, a large well-reputed not-for-profit company, involved in implementing health and family planning programs throughout the country wishes to recruit the following position. Job Responsibility:

Under the guidance of Additional GM HR, the incumbent will be responsible for managing Compensation and Benefits of the Company. S/he will be responsible for generating monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner and generation of different HR reports through HRIS. S/he will act as a focal person for HRIS and will ensure that the personal data of employees as well as their information regarding Compensation and Benefits are up to date in HRIS. The incumbent will also be responsible for certain HR services, such as employee probation evaluation, employee contract renewal, employee separation, etc. through HRIS. S/he will also be responsible for managing employee attendance and leave information in HRIS. The incumbent will be exposed to confidential information, thus a high degree of professionalism and discretion is needed.

Educational Qualification :

Masters in Economics/HR/Management /MIS/Finance from a reputed institute.


Job Requirements :

Age : NA

Experience in related field: minimum 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements :

Age below 40 years.

Al least 5 years’ experience in Compensation and Benefits management and Human Resource Information System (HRIS) in reputed organizations.

Excellent knowledge and operating skills in Human Resource Information System (HRIS).

Excellent knowledge in MS Office application suite.

Excellent knowledge in overall HR processes, especially in Compensation and Benefits Management and HRIS.

Have very good skills in producing analytical reports and interpreting complex data. Proficient in handling large numerical data and process them accurately and efficiently.

Must have excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.

Must possess a high level of integrity.

Job Responsibility:

- Responsible to manage all of kind fixed assets and its control management 


- Maintain fixed asset movement register - Reconciliation of all kind of inventory 


 - Responsible to monitor spare parts control management. 


- Maintain financial records as per IFRS, IAS and VAT & Tax. 


- Assist in daily banking correspondence. 


- Monitor accounting vouchers are kept with proper coding and posted into the system. 


- Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the management.


Educational Qualification :

M.Com/MBA preferably CA/CMA partly qualified
