International Finance Investment and Commerce Bank Limited (IFIC Bank) is a banking company incorporated in the People's Republic of Bangladesh with limited liability. It was set up at the instance of the Government in 1976 as a joint venture between the Government of Bangladesh and Sponsors in the private sector with the objective of working as a finance company within the country and setting up joint venture banks/financial institutions aboard. In 1983 when the Government allowed banks in the private sector, IFIC was converted into a full-fledged commercial bank. ০১. প্রশ্ন : পেশাদার ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স কাকে বলে ?

উত্তর ঃ যে-লাইসেন্স দিয়ে একজন চালক বেতনভোগী কর্মচারী হিসাবে কোনো মোটরযান চালিয়ে থাকে, তাকে পেশাদার ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স বলে।

 

০২. প্রশ্ন : পিএসভি লাইসেন্স কী ? 

উত্তর ঃ পিএসভি অর্থ পাবলিক সার্ভিস ভেহিকেল। ভাড়ায় চালিত যাত্রীবাহী মোটরযান চালানোর জন্য প্রত্যেক চালককে তার লাইসেন্সের অতিরিক্ত হিসাবে পিএসভি লাইসেন্স গ্রহণ করতে হয়।

 

০৩. প্রশ্ন : পাবলিক সার্ভিস মোটরযান (ঢ়ঁনষরপ ংবৎারপব াবযরপষব) কাকে বলে ? 

উত্তর ঃ যে-মোটরযান ভাড়ার বিনিময়ে যাত্রী বহনের জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়, তাকে পাবলিক সার্ভিস মোটরযান বলে। ভাড়ায় চালিত বাস-মিনিবাস, হিউম্যানহলার (লেগুনা), ট্যাক্সিক্যাব ইত্যাদি পাবলিক সার্ভিস মোটরযানের অন্তর্ভুক্ত।

০৪. প্রশ্ন : বাসের আসন সংখ্যা কত?

উত্তর ঃ চালকসহ ৩১ জনের বেশি অর্থাৎ চালকসহ সর্বনিম্ন ৩২ জন।

 

০৫. প্রশ্ন : মিনিবাসের আসন সংখ্যা কত?

উত্তর ঃ চালকসহ সর্বনিম্ন ১৬ জন এবং সর্বোচ্চ ৩১ জন।

০৬. প্রশ্ন : একজন পেশাদার চালক দৈনিক কত ঘণ্টা গাড়ি চালাবে বা মোটরযানে কর্মঘন্টা কত ?

উত্তর ঃ এক নাগাড়ে ৫ ঘণ্টার বেশি নয়। অতঃপর আধাঘণ্টা বিশ্রাম বা বিরতি নিয়ে আবার ৩ ঘণ্টা অর্থাৎ ১ দিনে ৮ ঘণ্টার বেশি নয়। তবে ১ সপ্তাহে ৪৮ ঘণ্টার বেশি নয়।

০৭. প্রশ্ন : ইঞ্জিন কাকে বলে ?

উত্তর ঃ ইঞ্জিন হচ্ছে এক ধরনের যন্ত্র যেখানে জ্বালানি বা ফুয়েলকে পুড়িয়ে রাসায়নিক শক্তিকে প্রথমে তাপশক্তিতে এবং তাপশক্তি পরে যান্ত্রিক শক্তিতে রূপান্তরিত করা হয়।
