Documents require for application of Branch/Liaison/ Representative Office permission Close:
1. Copy of public notice (to be published at
least before 03 (three) months for closure of foreign office in Bangladesh;
2. Copy of Office permission;
3. Globally board resolution;
4. Up to date Audit Report;
5. Up-to date Income tax certificate (Org.) under
section-89;
6. Up to date Bank statement;
7. All dues settlement certificate;
8. NOC from House holder;
9. Declaration (regarding if any liabilities
including dues unpaid taxes (organizational & individual) and financial
raise in future will be bear the all liabilities on this own).
